Most decisions within 2-10 minutes at checkout. PayJustNow and Payflex are typically instant. LayUp is immediate – no credit check required.

LayUp has no credit check and is available to everyone. You can also pay via EFT or card. Contact us for help.

Delivery and Tracking

2-4 business days for major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA). Rural areas 3-5 days. Same-day dispatch for orders before 12pm weekdays.

Tracking number emailed after dispatch. Track via My Account. No tracking within 1 business day? WhatsApp us.

R92 (incl. VAT) nationwide. Rural surcharge R199 may apply. Fees shown at checkout before payment.

Returns and Warranty

7-day return window from delivery in original condition. See our Returns Policy.

All products are brand new with full manufacturer warranty (12-24 months). We handle warranty claims on your behalf within 2 business days.

Within 7 days: contact us for replacement or refund. Within warranty: WhatsApp us your order number and fault description. We submit the claim within 2 business days.
