At Cellularfin, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently anywhere within South Africa.


Β Domestic Shipping Only

We currently offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.
We do not offer international shipping or in-person collections.


Β Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day

  • No orders are dispatched over weekends or public holidays

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Provider: Courier IT

All orders are shipped via our official logistics partner, Courier IT.
Each parcel is assigned a tracking number (waybill) and a link to the Courier IT tracking portal will be provided once shipped.

Signature Required

To protect your purchase:

  • The person placing the order must sign for the parcel upon delivery

  • No unattended or β€œleave at door” deliveries will be accepted

  • If someone else will receive the parcel, please notify us in writing in advance

Β Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel appears lost or delayed:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@new.cellularfin.co.za

  2. We will launch a formal investigation with Courier IT

  3. We reserve the right to await confirmation from the courier to verify who signed for the package

Once the outcome is confirmed, we will communicate the next steps.


Β Oversized or Promotional Items

  • Oversized devices (over 2kg) may incur a R199 shipping surcharge

  • Promotional or discounted items may be subject to an express shipping fee (typically R99)
